"We had an amazing vacation at South Seas 707. Condo is extremely clean and well stocked with supplies. We appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, beach wagon to help taking supplies to the beach, and much more. This was our first time to Marco Island and the communication with the owner was so helpful. She sent suggestions on restaurants and attractions. Her quick responses showed that she really cares about your stay. The views from all the rooms were gorgeous. The balcony was spacious and a great place to eat breakfast. Beautiful poll area. The area was very secure. We would definitely love to stay here again! "

" Our family has been traveling to Marco Island for the last 30 years or so. For the last 12?, 15? I'm not sure how many years, we have stayed in Unit 707 of Tower 3. We obviously have enjoyed it or we wouldn't keep coming back. The entire grounds of the South Seas are beautiful, and the view from this condo can't be beat. The owners have updated the unit and keep it very clean. The price is reasonable, especially when you compare it to some of the other South Seas units or the Marriott Resort that charges close to $1,000 per night. There is never a problem getting a chair around the pool or a parking spot in the garage. A guard and security gate at the entrance to the grounds provides an extra layer of safety. We are already booked for next year and can't wait to go back. "

"We've rented the same condo in South Seas Tower 4 for close to 10 years I'm thinking and continue to return thanks to the proximity of shopping, restaurants, downtown and of course the beach. Condo is well stocked with any needs you might have and owners are nice to work with. The large balcony stretches from living room past both bedrooms with a bird's eye view of both the pool and beach. We'll be returning again next year, God willing!"

" The communication between the owner, Lorraine, and also the Marco rental agency was excellent. The condo was great and provided everything we needed for our beach vacation, so we didn't have to worry about bringing things such as towels or going to buy an umbrella, chairs or cooler. A beach wagon for pulling it all was even provided. We also appreciated all of the little extras provided, such as paper towels and dish/hand soaps. The view from the balcony was amazing. The location and complex overall were awesome. Even enjoyed the pickleball courts! We definitely recommend and would love to stay again! "

"We absolutely love this place for many reasons. First, the owners (Bill and Lorraine) and rental company staff are amazing to work with and always quick to reply. The condo is so organized and impeccably clean. The king mattress is so comfortable that I looked to see what kind of mattress it is so I could purchase one for my home. The twin beds are comfy too. The kitchen is fully supplied with everything you need. They even have beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys for kids, and beach towels. Although there are plenty of channels to watch on the tv, Lorraine has movies, books, puzzles, games, and plenty of other options. The unit is close to the elevator, washer/dryer room, and trash chute. The condo overlooks the pool and has a breathtaking view of the beach and ocean. If we could, we'd give this a 10-star rating! South Seas complex is amazing too with pickleball, tennis, and bocchi ball. It's simply the best! "

Christmas in Marco Island

"Christmas in Marco Island Your place was lovely and we so enjoyed it. We’ve rented lots of condos over the years and yours, by far, was stocked the best. I told the ladies at the rental office when I returned the keys. You thought of everything we needed for the beach….even down to freezer blocks for the coolers. The kitchen had everything and I loved there being salt/pepper, dishwasher pods, dish liquid, garbage bags, etc. The beds and pillows were great. We all got very good rest. My husband who calls himself a pillow snob slept great on your pillows. We also loved the complex. We played pickle ball everyday and felt comfortable letting the kids be at the pool and go from the beach to the condo without us at times. "

FIRST TIME WE RENTED A CONDO

"This was the first time we rented a condo. We are normally a hotel family, but our teenage daughter was bringing a friend with her, so we needed 2 rooms. From immediately after renting this condo, until after checking out, the communication from Lorraine, the owner, and also the property managers was fantastic! As other reviews mention, Lorraine has everything that you would need for the beach in the condo. The walk out to the beach from the condo is almost a half of a mile, so be prepared to walk on a beautiful beach to get to the water. The location is so close to many restaurants that were easy to walk to. The view from inside the condo and also from the balcony was so peaceful and relaxing. The condo looks just like the pictures show it. Wonderful experience. On a side note, the hot water heating wasn't working when we went to take our first showers. I called and left a message with the property managers on a Saturday, and someone called back very shortly, telling me that they had already called out a plumber, and we did not need to wait for the plumber, We went to the beach, and came back a few hours later, and it was fixed. Very well done!"

Marco Island Getaway

"The property is quiet and clean. Accommodations were comfortable and had everything we needed for a great vacation including sand chairs, coolers, etc. While located right on the sand, it is a very wide beach to get to the water which could be a problem for those with a disability but it was fine for us. Loved Marco and would consider this unit again."

"Perfect condo with amazing ocean & beach front views The beach and ocean views are amazing and the location is perfect! The condo was equipped with everything we needed from having beach chairs to even providing a pull cart to carry all of our gear. The beds are SO comfy and we even slept better here than at our own home. We took advantage of the amenities: pickle ball, tennis, and the workout room. The heated pool was wonderful! The condo owners are fantastic communicators and their instructions were so helpful. We will definitely be booking again if we don't buy a condo by then. We loved Marco Island!"

"We’ve stayed in Marco for several years now and always in the South Sea Towers. Our last 4-5 years have been in the same condo in Tower 4 Unit 707 that is owned by Bill and Lorraine Innes. Their condo is always clean and well stocked with what we need. They are also looking out for our best interest anytime we’re down there and any issues or problems have been addressed immediately. We love the friendliness of the island and some great boutique shopping also. Lots of outdoor restaurants which were a requirement during this crazy Covid time. We love the beach there and our balcony view of the pool and the gulf. We also enjoy the Hemingway shuttle service out to Keewaydin Island and observe the dolphins on our way. Always one of our must do’s. The pool is lovely here and we spend most our time there. Can’t go wrong in Marco and our owners are awesome!"

Wonderful 2 Weeks on Marco Island

"Just returned from a 2 week stay in South Seas tower 4/unit 707 owned by Lorraine Innis. Her attention to detail and desire to ensure a memorable vacation for us was evident from my first contact with her. She personally responded quickly to all inquiries and provided information throughout the booking process to make sure we had everything we needed. She also has an on-island agent as a resource if you should need anything during your stay. I had researched several units and am so happy I chose this one. It was clean and comfortable - tile floors, leather furniture & updated kitchen and baths that had all the amenities of home. The large balcony overlooking the pool got sun all day and the beach view was beautiful. This is a gated community - the grounds are impeccably landscaped, covered parking is convenient and all common areas (halls, laundry room, etc) are spotlessly clean. Overall a wonderful 2 weeks on Marco Island. Thank you Lorraine for everything!"

So pretty! The unit has all of the comforts of home and is so roomy. The owners have equipped it with everything you need for your stay and more. Towels, sheets, pots, pans, beach chairs and toys. Even games and videos for the kids. All you need to bring are your clothes and your toothbrush! Everything else you need is there. The unit is always immaculately clean. Marco Island In The Spring

"My wife and I just returned from another great trip to Marco Island. We go every year about the same time (late April) and as soon as we are finished with our trip, we go ahead and book the same trip for the following year. Some of our friends ask us why we travel to Florida that late in the year. Well, no sooner had we left home and our city in Wisconsin got dumped on with 21 inches of snow!We have stayed at a number of different condos at the South Seas, and without doubt, Unit #707 in Tower 4 is our favorite. It has a great view, has been completely updated, and is fully stocked with just about anything we need. When we arrive, we know it will be spotless and ready to move into. We have stayed at this condo for a number of years now and we will always book it if it is available.Last year, we even went to Marco in August for our wedding anniversary and had a great time. There is never a bad time of year to travel to Marco Island.If you've never traveled to Marco Island, I would highly recommend it. The beach is wonderful for walking, shelling, and swimming. The people are friendly and always willing to help. Restaurants are great and so are the other activities you can engage in (i.e. sailing, air boats down in the Everglades, shopping in Naples, etc...). We are never bored - just relaxed. (I should also mention the beds in Unit 707 are really comfortable, so after a day at the beach and a good dinner, we are ready to go to bed and get a good night's sleep.Come on down sometime and see what you are missing!"

Lovely property with responsive owners

"Well stocked condo with the best views on the beach. Love being on the north end of the island with restaurants within walking distance. The balcony is the best part of the condo and has expansive views of beach, water and pool. Any beach item you might need is here. Same for kitchen supplies. The owners are very responsive to questions or problems and easy to work with. The pictures posted of their condo are all accurate; less a couple of trees gone during the hurricane. We will continue to return to this particular condo as long as we can!!"

"Everything was great. Beautiful pool. Clean and enough chairs and tables for everyone. Very strict on young children jumping, yelling or bringing small toys into the pool, and of course throwing any sort of balls. The condo was convenient, comfortable, very clean. The availability of items such as the mini vacuum was good. It worked great picking up and sand from the ceramic or debris on the carpets so you didn’t track it everywhere especially in bed. Regardng the bed, I rarely am able to sleep in bed on vacation because the beds are beat. I’m glad to say that I did have a good night’s rest “in bed” during my stay. Also, we were very appreciative of the cart and beach chairs. I did not realize the distance to the beach. But from my perspective, it was a little exercise….you just had to be prepared with everything before going to the beach, because we weren’t coming back because you forgot something. Having the Cable TV & Wifi was great to have to wind down the day after a long day at the pool or beach."

"My wife and I recently stayed at unit 707, Tower 4, at the South Seas Club. As always, the unit was immaculately clean and furnished with everything we needed to make our stay special. This was the first time we stayed for two full weeks and it wasn't near long enough. We have stayed at other units at the South Seas and for us, this is by far the best we have ever rented. We couldn't wait for next Spring, so we've actually booked it again for August of this year to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary! "

Our best stay in Marco Island yet!

"If you are looking to rent on Marco Island, this is the condo for you. My family just returned from a couple of weeks in Lorraine's unit in South Seas on Tigertail Beach. It was our best vacation in Marco so far. We love Tigertail - it's right out the door with remarkable shelling and the opportunity to be off the beaten path in no time if you want some quiet and solitude in nature. There are volumes of wildlife around, including tons of birds, because of the natural areas to the North of the building. This unit faces the beach with beautiful sunsets, and a view of the pool (which we liked as our family often divided up - but we could find each other easily). The deck is in the sun and has nice furniture in great condition - and plenty for about 6-8 people. South Seas keeps the pool about 83-86, which makes it an option even on a cloudy or breezy day. We used it every day of our vacation! Lorraine's unit is well maintained, and you can tell they care about their home away from home. We felt very comfortable. The furnishings and fixtures felt more like a vacation home and less like a beach cottage (i.e. more like something you want to sit on than something that could be covered in sand). At the same time, we have a 3 and 5 year old and nothing was too fragile or frightening for us (which is sometimes a concern, as you might imagine!) The unit is the most well-stocked we've ever experienced as well. Everything from beach equipment (chairs, cart, umbrellas, sand shoes, toys, fishing and shelling gear) to household basics (loads of dishes, great pots and pans, bedding (including the possibility of sleeping another 2 people), even kid-sized cups and utensils) to rainy-day supplies (puzzles for all ages, books, movies, and games). Lorraine (the owner) is outstanding to work with. She moved around some personal plans to make this work for us; was in contact with us before, during and after our stay; and when a couple of things went awry in the unit (little details like a cracked handle on the sliding door), she gave us easy resources to remedy them. I would rent any unit from Lorraine again in a heartbeat. And if you have a chance to stay here, you won't be sorry!"

Lovely condo

"Lovely condo that is well taken care of. Comfortable and well appointed. The owner stays involved and committed to keeping it nice for her guests. Big screen TVs in 3 rooms make it nice for extra company too. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment and the owner also has many books and DVDs available for usage. We've stayed at South Seas many times but this condo has been the nicest. Love the pool and beach area. Great parking and easy access to area restaurants. We love Marco! "
