This beachfront studio is located at 1906 Gulf Drive North, Coquina Beach Club, Unit # 110, in Bradenton Beach, FL 34217 and it is managed by a Realtor/Owner. I will gladly PRICE MATCH JUST E-MAIL OR TEXT OR CALL. Our resort requires a 7-night minimum stay. We have a heated salt-water pool, a beautiful beach and all beach chairs and umbrellas. We are within walking distance of restaurants, beach bars, shops, and the historic fishing pier. This 550 sq. ft. studio has been renovated; everything is new. Rent INCLUDES all taxes and cleaning. Security deposit required, released within 3 days of departure. Two adults, no smoking, no pets. One week minimum rental period required. Weekly security: $250, monthly security: $500, released with 3 days of departure. Saturday - Saturday rentals only in high season, Dec. 17th - May 1st.
