Guest understands that this is a non-smoking house. No smoking is allowed inside the premises at any time by the guest or any of the guest’s party members. Guest agrees to pay an additional cleaning fee of $300 if Guest or any member of Guest’s party smokes inside the house.

House parties are strictly prohibited. Any loud party, rowdy, loud or disruptive behavior/activities are strictly forbidden. Any violation of this covenant will result in immediate eviction of the Guest and members of the Guest’s party from the property without refund. If eviction becomes necessary, Guest agrees to pay for any legal fees the Homeowner incurs as well as a $250 processing fee.Guest shall not perform any illegal activity while residing in the property. Guest shall not manufacture, use or abuse any illegal drugs while residing in the property.The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the premises.

Guest agrees that all rental monies are non-refundable per cancellation policy above. I have read and understand and agree to the above rules/restrictions as well as those outlined.
