Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30 or more days before check-in for a full refund. Cancel within 30 days of check-in and the first night is non-refundable, with 50% of the remaining nights refunded. Cleaning fees are always fully refundable if the stay is canceled before check-in.

"Our family of six very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. One of the biggest perks of this particular condo is the fact that assigned parking is on the same level, making it very easy and convenient to access our vehicle without having to take an elevator. Everything we needed for beach and baseball games were provided. There are swim and beach items for kids and a canopy tent for families needing shade. My kids would say that the pool and the bunk beds were the highlight of our stay. Tri is a fantastic communicator and quickly responded to a couple of questions I had during our stay. Highly recommend Tri's condo for it's welcoming family atmosphere and excellent location!"

"We come to PCB every year and we absolutely LOVED this place! It was our first time staying here and it did not disappoint! The hosts were so friendly and staff were friendly as well! The location was great and close to The Wharf and Pineapple Willy's! (Which we love) The view of the beach was perfect from the balcony and a great view of the pool too! We had our own personal parking spot right out side of the room (only 12 stories up) which was very handy. All in all a great stay! The kiddos loved it too!"
