"Condo was very close to the beach. Wonderful pool. Some eating places close enough for walking. Property was clean a little dated but was adequate for our needs. Nice having washer and dryer. Payment method was confusing VRBO and property owner. Loved this area and would return."

"This was a clean condo right on the ocean. It had everything we needed; full kitchen, 1 & 1/2 bathrooms, king bed. The owner was awesome-he kept in contact with me as needed to make sure our stay went well. The only complaint was that the building's outdoor pool & hot tub were not usable due to construction, which would have been nice to know before we arrived."

Perdido Key - Away From The Crowd

"We enjoyed our three day stay in this Perdido condo. The description and pictures are exactly what you’ll find. We enjoyed the view of the gulf from the patio. A quick trip to the seafood market and we cooked our fresh seafood for evening meals in so not to miss the beautiful sunsets. We would definitely stay here again. Oh yes, the owner was quick to respond and checked on us to make sure all was well."

"Are you looking for a beautiful, comfortable and clean condo? Look no further. This unit in Windemere has one very comfortable king bed, full kitchen with washer and dryer and stunning view of the Perdido Gulf water. There is one full bathroom and a connecting 1/2 bath. Amenities include a workout room, beach chairs and umbrella, covered assigned parking, charcoal grill and pool with shade. Also, and this is very important, a great owner who is very responsive and easy to work with. Thank you, Leonard for a great week and we look forward to staying with you again. St Louis Travellers"

Wonderful Family Vacation

"This rental was perfect for our family of 4. The kids LOVED the bunk beds! Everything was clean when we arrived and this description of the condo was accurate. The view on the balcony was amazing! We enjoined the proximity to the beach. The 2 chairs in the utility closet were great and appeared to be new. My kids (ages 9 & 4) loved that the owners provided boogie boards! Cindy (at the front desk) was great and VERY helpful! It was easy to communicate with the owner. I would definitely stay here again. We really liked the Perdido Key area!! "

What a great location!

"We had an amazing and relaxing time! The beach was only footsteps away, the TWO pools were wonderful, and when we weren't sunning or playing, the balcony had wonderful views. The surrounding restaurants were all delicious! The condo was also very clean, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need. We will definitely stay here again."
