Failure to comply with the following could result in additional charges: 1) No damage is to be done to the rental or its contents, including linens. 2) Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher, use DISHWASHER DETERGENT ONLY and start the dishwasher. Dishwasher detergent is provided. 3) NO PETS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES. Renters with pets will be evicted and no refund given. 4) Rental is left in neat condition 5) Rental occupancy is not exceeded ADDITIONAL POLICIES: You must be 25 years of age to book the rental.
