Our spacious 3 bedroom house is open planned with a beautiful outdoor pool.  There is an open plan Lounge and Kitchen area, Utility Room with washing machine and tumble dryer, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom has a large king sized bed with en-suite, bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 2 single beds. There is a large lanai area and pool is enclosed with a cage. Also comes with a well equipped kitchen and outdoor electric grill for evening BBQ's and there are 4 bicycles for use in the garage.We are located in Rotonda West of Florida and around 2.5 hours drive from Disneyland. We are located in Rotonda West of Florida and around 2.5 hours drive from Disneyland. Englewood, Boca Grande, Manasota Beaches are all around 10-20 minutes drive away. 

Miromar outlets are great for shopping and only 1 hour away.

Everglade City is a lovely 2 hour drive away and Myakka Park is 45 minutes - great place to see Alligators in their natural habitat. 

Nearest airports are Tampa International (2 hours) South West Florida Fort Myers Airport (1 hour)
