My wife and and I are retired and have plenty of time to manage our condos. Our philosophy has always been to offer a clean, updated, pleasant and useful condo that can be used exclusively for vacation or business. We have rented our personal condos for over 20 years all over the beach and our expertise presents a real benefit to our guest. In case of emergencies, which we always try to avoid because of our constant preventive maintenance, we can react quickly!! WE consider our condos a second home and try to meet a high overall quality level.

Great Room!

"Room is AWESOME. Clean, good location, well designed. Tidewater on the other hand seems to get worse & worse. One of the main elevators was out so wait times were 20 - 30 minutes each time. We had a 2 month old and had to take the stairs a few times. Hot tub on our side was broken as well. Overall, love this condo though and would definitely recommend. "

"I have stayed in many condos on the beach and this one was the very best! The owner of Tidewater 1215 was very fast to respond to any questions and made suggestions as to restaurants, amenities at Tidewater and ways to bypass some of the crowd in Panama City Beach at this time of year. Check in was very easy! The condo itself was very clean to include flooring, bathrooms, bunk area /beds, king master and kitchen area. All the bed linen and towels were also very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and had 2 coffee makers! The master bedroom had a wonderful view of beach and water, while drinking coffee from the bedside. The living room also had beautiful view as the balcony was huge. The beach was only about 50 feet away from back exit of building providing easy access. We enjoyed nearly all the amenities such as the OCEAN, heated indoor pool for night swimming, game room, coffee/ice cream shop, tiki hut, jacuzzis, and large pools on each end of building! We loved it so much that we have already decided to come back for our fall break in October! "

Clean and Convenient

"We throughly enjoyed our Tidewater condo. Its 3/4 miles from Pier Park with all the restaurants/shopping and the same distance to the ball fields. The condo was very clean including linen and towels. All of the furnishings are suitable for their "beachy" theme. The kitchen was well stocked including a keurig coffee maker and Mr Coffee. The owner responded to all our questions quickly and was very helpful on recommendations for restaurants. "
