The condo will be your home away from home. This 1500+ sq.ft. the condo has everything you could possibly need. The living room has a large loveseat and sofa/pull-out, flat-screen TV with a DVD player. The master bedroom boasts a Tempurpedic King bed, spacious master bath, flat screen, and access to the balcony. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, a flat-screen, DVD -all supplied with Luxury towels, bedding, and linens.

This condo is professionally decorated with enhanced granite kitchen counters, new appliances, a spacious dining area with a dry bar, free wifi, an upgraded cable package, & smart TV for your streaming channels. The kitchen is fully stocked with upgraded utensils, cooking supplies, & spices. Storage room in the unit with tennis & pickleball rackets, beach wagon, extra beach chairs, beach toys, and towels. A full-size washer and dryer in the unit also make life comfortable.

Beachplace is located just a few miles from St. Armand's Circle where unique shopping and restaurants are plentiful. Beachplace sits on over 30 acres of lush landscaping as well as over 1/4 mile of white sandy beach! Please, only 30 days or more rental requests (Unless for the month of February). No pets allowed

Drydock for lunch or dinner and Blue Dolphin for breakfast. The Columbia on St. Armands is a must! The Shore on the north end of LBK is a great setting and has wonderful food. Harry's has the best German pancakes.

My husband and I currently live in Indiana where we were both raised. We purchased this property to be closer to his father who also lives on Longboat Key. However; we are still working fulltime and want to share our beautiful condo with others when we cant be there.

Contract specifics:

1/2 due within 5 days of the executed contract via wire transfer.

Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to occupancy via wire transfer

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy:

You must contact the owner directly to request cancellation.

If canceled 90 days in advance, 90% of funds collected returned.

If canceled 46-89 days in advance, 75% of funds collected returned.

If canceled 45 days or less in advance, there will be no refund.
