Cute condo in a GREAT location.

"Clean with a coastal vibe. Well stocked kitchen with great appliances. Beach is walkable but we drove as there usually was parking available. The pool at this complex is sparkling clean and we enjoyed many hours out there and met some fun people. The Trolley stop is just outside the driveway and Publix, Walgreen and several restaurants are just across the street. Master bedroom very comfortable. Bed slept fine. The only downside was the lack of a balcony or lanai and the TV's were old - not Smart TV's so bring your own Roku to access your Netflix, etc. We would definitely stay here again."

My husband and I rented this condo, Sand & Surf, from Owner, Morgan Henderson, and we were completely pleased with the accommodations.

"Morgan was wonderful about replying immediately to any questions we had and the rental and check-in process was so easy.The condo was very clean, decorated so nicely, but most of all, was very well stocked in the kitchen…… everything you need for your stay! Also plenty of linens and we loved that it was supplied with beach towels, beach wagon, umbrellas and chairs! The master king bed was very comfortable… we did not use the 2nd bed/bunk room (which was adorable!). The location was excellent as it was directly across the street from a Publix Grocery AND several restaurants/ice cream shop/retail & pharmacy!The ONLY thing we would have preferred was if it was a little closer to the beach access. You do have to cross the main road (to the Publix side) and then its two blocks to the beach access. BUT we found we could drive over to the beach access area and we were able to get parking there every day. It was just too far for us, personally, to walk with all the beach gear.We absolutely loved our first visit to AnnaMaria Island!"

My family of 6 had a great trip to AMI.

"Our condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It’s about a two block walk to the beach. We did not rent a golf cart which may have been a nice idea but we didn’t mind the walk. The grocery store is right across the street and very convenient. I would recommend!"

"All new furniture, beautiful decor. The location was great! Able to walk to stores, restaurants and the beach easily. Very well equipped kitchen. Beach wagons, chairs, umbrellas, floats, sand toys all available to use. Made packing easier - really don’t need to pack any beach gear. Morgan was great! Very helpful and responds immediately. We loved our stay!"

"The condo was clean, with a location convenient to everything- a short walk to the beach, across from a grocery store, shops, and places to eat. It also had use of beach chairs, beach towels, and other items that made vacation easy as well as a nice pool. Morgan was helpful and responsive to any questions. We recommend this condo!"

"I really enjoyed my stay. The condo was just as described. It was clean and in a great location for whatever brings you to the area. Morgan was very responsive to any questions and had great dinner recommendations. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a place close to the typical amenities for the area. It was quiet, WiFi was really good and covered private parking. "

"Absolutely will stay here again. Morgan communicated and answered our questions and provided information readily as we arrived only days after hurricane Ian. Her place is safe, clean, bright, and well stocked. Beach chairs snd umbrellas were a great bonus!"

Familily times at the beach

"We had a great time at this property. Beds were comfortable everything was clean, A/C was fine with ceiling fans too. Dishwasher ok, dryer and washing machine combo ( could be upgraded to a new one... starting to have rust in the washing machine. It still does the job) Close to the beach, walking around 5-7 minutes if you cut behind the stores right in front. Or take your car and explore nearby beaches along the coast of anna-maria Island, bean point beach, coquina beach or borth longboat beach. The owner has beach stuff(cart, chairs, sun umbrella) available in a locker in her garage. We even mentioned that chairs were rusty and realy dirty and that a sun umbrella was broken. She quickly offered to buy new chairs and sun umbrella. We bought 5 new chairs and a new sun umbrella at Wal-Mart and she reimbursed us after. She was great at communicating. She also pointed out that the quality of the water at the nearby beach had been declared bad for the moment and point us to a beach wich was ok. You have a publix, pharmacy, restaurants, ice cream shop across the street. Realy a great spot."

Great location, short walk to beach!

"The condo is very spacious! It is well stocked for cooking. They provide a wagon and beach chairs, the walk to beach was 12 minutes with the family! The trolly stop is very close, we took the trolly to check out the island. The grocery store as well as some restaurants are within walking distance. The pool is quite large, I liked that they have restrooms at the pool. The beds are comfortable, as well as the couch. We enjoyed having meals at the kitchen table! The beach is the prettiest I have ever seen, the water is so clear!"
