As you approach the property you will be greeted by an oasis of palm trees and perfectly tailored landscaping around the private heated pool. Surrounding the pool deck there is a spa-like lounge area, poolside bar, dining table for 6 plus additional seating around the huge 85 inch TV. For your grilling delight this home provides a gas grill on the pool level.

Inside, you will be welcomed by an abundance of natural light filling each floor. The main living level is characterized by comfort. Here you will find a high end, gourmet cook's kitchen, open concept living and dining rooms and a comfortable king bedroom with ensuite bath. There is also a full laundry room combined with a half bath on this floor. For the ultimate in privacy, walk across the covered breezeway to a second king master suite with full bath.

A stop on the third floor will bring you to a spacious king bedroom highlighted by plentiful windows and light, and a private covered balcony with views of the gulf. This floor also offers a luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower, double vanity and soaking tub. A fourth queen guest bedroom and rooftop deck finish out the top level. For additional sleeping arrangements, 2 twin size folding cots are provided.

The Veranda on Jacaranda features everything you need for an amazing vacation on Anna Maria island including beach gear, beach cruisers, cable TV in every room and a highly sought after North end location just steps from the gulf and spectacular Bean Point.

PET POLICY:

We are DOG FRIENDLY! A fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each dog you are bringing.

3 pets maximum unless granted an exception. Weight limit of 75 lbs per pet.

Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted:

Pit Bull, Akita, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chows, Any Wolf-dog hybrid, Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We generally require a minimum stay during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of luxury bath and beach towels.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

Minimum age to rent: 25 PLEASE NOTE: Upon booking, a rental agreement will be emailed to you for your electronic signature confirming that you acknowledge and accept the house rules. Receipt of the signed rental agreement is required to finalize your booking and for electronic lock codes to be generated, allowing entrance to the unit. IF you are bringing a dog you MUST notify us immediately. You will be sent a payment request for the $150 plus tax required for each dog.
