Clean and comfortable condo
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was large, clean, well equipped and comfortable. The view was from the deck was beautiful . The beach supplies were an added bonus and made our beach time enjoyable. The location near restaurants was very convenient! We enjoyed driving over the causeway to Sand Key several nights to see the beautiful sunsets. We highly recommend this condo and would stay again if we come back to Clearwater."

Our home away from home
"This is our home for 5 wonderful weeks February into March. Patricia and Steve are wonderful to deal with. Kitchen is equipped with everything you would need. View from the balcony each morning and evening is just the best! Location could not be better, you can walk to so many restaurants and bars if you want to walk.. Looking forward to next year already! Thanks for the memories!"

Vacation Paradise
"This is our first time staying at Harborview Grande #405. We stayed from May 26-June 3, 2023. Patricia and Steve were amazing!! They made this rental easy and gave us great places to visit and see. Condo was VERY spacious, clean, and has the best view of the bay that you could ask for. Sunrises were gorgeous! We were able to see dolphins, RIGHT OFF OUR BALCONY! This condo was positioned 2nd row back from Clearwater Beach, only a 5-10min walk from the condo. Also, the owners were gracious enough to provide chairs, an umbrella, and beach supplies. You will be conveniently located to Pier 60 where you can walk the beach, shop, and enjoy simple or fine dining. Everything from linens, to towels, and all the cookware you may need was provided. All you have to do is plan and ENJOY! :)"

Christmas 2023
"Condo was excellent for our Christmas vacation. Pat and Steve were excellent from the start of the reservation process. they even checked in after the first day to ensure that everything was going good. They were full of recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Condo was well furnished and exceeded expectations. This will definitely be a place we visit again.

Absolutely wonderful
"Dealing with Pat & Steve for the process of renting their condo as well as staying there and checking out was A BREEZE. They are so lovely and communicative, able to respond to any questions quickly whether it be via email or text. Their condo was perfect for us. We appreciated the little touches like nightlights and comfortable pillows. The entire building is very attractive, clean and kept up well. We would stay there again without hesitation (and hopefully someday we will!). Thank you so much Pat and Steve for everything!"

Review
"I'd highly recommend staying at this condo. Pat and Steve were so communicative from start to finish. The condo was spotless and stocked with everything we needed for cooking, the beach, the pool, and inside the condo entertaining and cleaning up. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was so convienent. The location was perfect. We were in walking distance to everything. The trolley stopped in front. And try Free Rides. They'll take you around Clearwater Beach for a tip. The view was spectacular. Sunrise was our morning entertainment and dolphins gave a show one morning. The beach was two blocks away. Steve was so kind. He spent at least 30 mins our first night trying to get the TV to do what we needed it to do. Pat was available for questions during our entire stay. Try sunset at the Iguana grill at the Holiday Inn, across the street. And lunch at the Island Grill across the street and one block to the left. The small market, one block to the left was perfect for what we needed. I'd stay again. I have another group of friends who want to book a week. We're going to look into it. Stay here. You won't be sorry. We found the listing just searching the websites. So we went in blind. No problems from start to finish. Hope this helps you decide on a great vacation, in a great area, and a fantastic condo."

Beautiful Condo
"I was very impressed with this condo. It was so nice and clean. Lots of room to move around. If you are looking for a place to stay it will sleep up to 8 people. I liked how you didn't have to worry about a key to get in. They will give you a code and that is what you use all week. The View was beautiful, walking distance to everything. The beach is right across the street. The private pool was nice as well. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. I couldn't have asked for better people to work with than Steve and Patricia. They are very nice genuine people. Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your condo. Until next time."

THIS IS THE PLACE !! Look no Further
"The family I always stay @ Harborview Grand .#405 . The owners Pat and Steve, are very accommodating. The views are unbelievable dolphins right out your back door and less than two minute walk to the best Beach I’ve ever been to. The house is immaculate. Beautifully decorated clean clean clean .Three bedrooms two baths beautiful home. I give a 10 out of 10 for every amenity you could think of.For young kids older kids adult kids no kids,if you just want to go on a romantic vacation with your Loved one this is the place to go."

Our Clearwater vacation!!!!!!!!
"WOW! What an amazing condo! This was my 1st time ever taking my 4 children and grandbaby on vacation! I was so nervous being all alone with them. Patricia and Steve changed that for me. Not only did they open their beautiful amazing condo to us for a week, but they were just a phone call away at all times and gave us great ideas of things to do and places to eat! Our stay was absolutely amazing! The condo was so big and very clean. Our favorite part was sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins play! I think we spent more time at the condo then anything because it was so relaxing and comfortable. The beach is literally right out the door! Everything is in walking distance and it was really the perfect vacation! We are so excited to make this our yearly family vacation! I actually have a 5 year old that cries and says "he wants to go back to the condo" lol That's how much he loved it! Definitely will be booking soon for next year! Thank you so much for giving us such a beautiful place to stay!"

Beautiful Clearwater Condo
"We loved our stay at Steve and Patricia’s condo! It was beautiful, spotless and within walking distance to almost everything we needed. We are a family of 6 with older children and the condo was spacious enough for all of us. The condo is well equipped with all of the essentials to meet our needs. The beach items were fantastic and a huge money saver, as we didn’t need to worry about renting beach cabanas. Communication with Steve and Pat was great. They were available for any questions, reminders, and to offer area suggestions. We are so glad we picked this beautiful condo for our vacation and hope to visit again someday. We already miss the beautiful harbor view and breathtaking sunrises. Thanks again Steve and Pat!"

Awesome Vacay Condo!❤️
"Our family loved this condo! Extremely spacious and very homey! It’s fully equipped with everything you need. We watched dolphins playing while we sat on the balcony. "Spacious and clean! Comfortable quarters with all the necessities for a relaxing vacation. The location couldn't have been better with shopping and dinning right on the beach. Everything and anything can be had within walking distance. Owners are always available if needed. Parking is covered and near the elevator."

Great Large Condo
"We had a sudden change in plans and decided we would be staying in Clearwater and luck was on our side when we found this condo. The owners are wonderful to work with and very responsive to any questions. The condo has three large bedrooms and a beautiful view off the large balcony. Furniture was all very comfortable and nice large tv in living room and master. Enjoyed the soaking tub after long days riding our bikes on The Pinellas Trail. Thanks to Patricia and Steve for being so great and sharing their condo with us."

Experienced Travelers Still Impressed
"My husband and I travel quite a bit, and we do vacation rentals when we can. I accidentally found this condo rental as I was searching for something on Clearwater Beach. I have found that usually the best option will show itself if one is patient and careful.
That was clearly the case when I found this condo for rent by owners Steve and Patricia. From the moment I first spoke with them, I could tell they were careful about whom they rented to and would provide great contact to help us prepare for our trip. Every email, phone call, and text was returned promptly and with a welcoming tone. Thank you both for being you.
Upon arriving at the complex, everything was exactly as promised. We had all the codes to access the parking, the building, and the condo, which was very clean and ready to welcome us for our two-week stay.
We had both our sons and their wives with us, so our family togetherness was the main reason we went there. All three bedrooms, the common areas, and the balcony were utilized by us as places to hang out, talk, and rest.
The area around the condo couldn't be better. The balcony overlooking the harbor was usually shady and breezy. The restaurants were everywhere with every price range and ethnicity.
I would recommend two places: Taco Bus across the street doesn't sound very appetizing, which is why we didn't discover it until our second week there, but the food, the service, and the prices are really good if you like Mexican food. They have $5. frozen margaritas every day (different flavors).
If you want a BEAUTIFUL eating experience, go to the Columbia restaurant, which is just a short drive, is on the water, and offers a very elegant and delicious sit down experience. The prices aren't cheap, but they really aren't that bad. We had 6 dinners and a couple of bottles of wine for about $250. We all enjoyed the WHOLE experience.
The beach is so close and clean. With the pandemic, we were uncertain of hanging in public with others, but everyone was conscientious and kind. We didn't spend too much time on the pier itself, but we enjoyed walking there and back.
Lastly, we took an evening cruise to watch the sunset. We used a company next to the pirate ship place (can't think of their name). Everything was spaced out; we sat on the top of the boat, and everyone kept on their masks. We had champagne at sunset. They did a bit of a tour talk in the area, but just being out on the water itself was so lovely.
So those are my comments/feedback. We hope to visit again sometime, especially because we had a great time. Seasoned travelers are a bit hard to please sometimes, but the Amitranos and their condo earned our deepest respect and gratitude. Thanks again."

Amazing
"We just landed home after a week long stay at this condo and are already missing it. The condo is beautiful and in the perfect location. The highlight of our week was sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins every morning. Steve and Patricia were amazing to work with and made sure we felt welcome at their home. I can honesty say this was the best rental we have stayed at."

Week of Pandemic Relief
"A lovely week at a lovely condo even in the midst of the COVID pandemic. It was a welcome, much needed break. The condo was spacious even for a family of five and well appointed. We have stayed at many rentals and this is certainly one of the top given its amenities (we made great use of the beach buggy to haul our stuff to the beach every day). The proximity to many great restaurants and the trolley added to the convenience factor. Communication with the owners is prompt and easy. At the end of our trip, everyone said they wished to return!"

"Wow wow Clearwater Florida ::::Why did we have to leave .Covid 19 what a night mare .That being said the only problem was We didn’t own this condo!!! Family with Older Children
"This condo has it all! Beautiful view of the harbor, short walk to Clearwater Beach, very clean and attractive decor, comfortable beds (no sleepers), all necessary appliances, cookware, and dishes, and a feeling of privacy and security (safety). Our family of seven had plenty of space and was able to enjoy meals, rest, games, and fellowship together very comfortably. The view from the balcony was so pretty and provided the perfect setting for early-morning quiet time/reflection. We even had a dolphin visitor to greet us one morning! The trips to the beach were effortless. In the cabana, there were 3 chairs, a couple of floats, and a large cooler to use along with a cart that made the transport so much easier. Pat and Steve (owners) were so very kind throughout our planning, arrival, and departure (via text). It was an overall wonderful experience. This condo was everything we wanted for our family and more. We look forward to booking with them again in the future!"

TRULY AMAZING!
"I have booked many condos over the years and have never had as much ease and pleasure dealing with Steve and Pat. From my initial contact they responded almost immediatley. This condo is in a perfect location. The view of the harbor is amazing. I sat out there and watched the sun come up, saw dolphins and a pretty near storm come in. The beach is a few minute walk with many restaruants and shops along the way. Stopped for Happy Hour a couple time and had some really good eats! My husband and I took our 14 year old daughter and a friends and they had so much fun walking to the pier and shopping by themselves. It can be a little crazy on the weekends but much quieter during the week. They had a blast . Spent the late afternoon by the pool and hotub. Everything you need for the beach is provided in the cabana. The condo is fully equiped and so comfortable. Beds are really comfortable!!!!!! Thanks for sharing your lovely condo. Will be thinkinkg of you guys as I am dealing with our Chicago winters :)"

"From the beginning the communication was amazing between myself and Pat & Steve. Such a friendly couple! They were extremely helpful and accommodating while setting up our reservation. The condo is gorgeous and spacious with amazing views of the harbor! Saw dolphins daily and unbelievable lightening shows! Couldn’t have asked for anything more in beach and pool supplies provided! Beach Vacation
"This condo is exceptional! Our vacation included shopping, eating at local restaurants, relaxing on the beach, exercising, a chartered fishing trip, minor league baseball, and nightlife. Pat & Steve's condo was the perfect location for everything. The condo is clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed from kitchen amenities to beach chairs and ice chest. The morning sunrises were amazing as we watched the dolphins swimming in the harbor from the balcony. The reserved covered parking space was literally in front of the elevator. In addition, the hospitality of Pat & Steve is first class! They were in communication with us before, during and after our vacation to ensure we had a great time. Thanks Pat & Steve!"

Super vacation
"Beautiful condo and vacation.
Our two year old grandson absolutely loved the condo. Lots of room to play. There is a high chair and pack and play that he slept comfortably in.
The condo is located near beach, on the harbor.
Our weather was chilly and very windy, so having a comfortable condo was a blessing.
The owner's are very easy to communicate with as well."

Relaxing Getaway
"Beautiful condo and location. This is our second time staying in Clearwater. This condo was absolutely perfect. It was beautiful and very clean upon our arrival. The checkin procedure was perfect and no problems at all. We loved the view and enjoyed waking up every morning and watching the dolphins in the waterway. This condo is in a perfect location close to the beach and shopping, restaurants, etc. etc. Pat and Steve have everything you need for your trip to the beach, even a handy deluxe dolly for taking the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler etc. Great set up. We consider this a 5 star condo and is equipped with everything you would possibly need for your stay in Clearwater close to the beach. We will definitely be returning next year, only problem, we need to book for 2 weeks instead of 1 week. 1 week at this beautiful condo is not long enough. Looking forward to our return."

Winter escape
"This is the second time staying in this beautiful condo. The location is perfect. You are able to walk to shopping and all kinds of restaurants. Plus it’s easy to walk the beach as well. Patricia and Steve have thought of everything you could need from beach chairs to the brand new kitchen and laundry appliances to a pack and play. The couple that visited with us loved it so much that they are talking about renting it next year as well for their family with grandchildren. This a 5 Star condo all they way around. Steve and Patricia are very attentive and wonderful to work with! Great place for a winter vacation getaway!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Pat & Steve's place Harborview Grande #405 very much. The check in was so smooth, and the designated parking spot is right beside the elevator for convenience. The condo itself is decorated so beautifully, very comfy furniture, large dinning table, big screen TV and sound system, TVs in all the bedrooms, very nice large master bedroom & bath with all the comforts, and large patio doors that open up to a fully furnished large balcony to the sea air and best view in Clearwater,
We saw dolphins putting on a show for us several times and a manatee. The pool is very nice and we enjoyed the amenities that they provide their guest from the locker, pool/beach toys and beach chairs, etc... My teenage girls loved the place also, they could go for walks and enjoy the beach and the shops on their own. We couldn't stop looking at the view and of course didn't want to leave. We will definitely go back there again and we highly recommend Pat & Steve's place for comfort, walking distance to beach and restaurants and shops and leave the car parked."

Wonderful home, great location
"We had a fantastic time staying at Harborview Grande #405. The reserved parking spot is so close to the elevator, it made unloading luggage a breeze. The location is a short walk (less then 5 minutes, even with small kids in tow) down the paved beachwalk to the main beach. The owners have a poolside cabana/closet where they have a full stock of every beach related item you might need: boogie boards, beach chairs, a cooler, plenty of beach toys, an umbrella, and even an awesome beach cart to push everything down the street! Super convenient. Close to ice cream shop and tons of fastasfic restaurants. The condo itself was spotless. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare a few meals. Having a full washer and dryer in the condo was beyond helpful. The check-in and checkout process was a breeze and the owners contacted us to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We are already looking forward to another trip in the future. I can't wait to sit on the gorgeous balcony with a cup of morning coffee and watch the sunrise again."

Spacious condo, with beautiful view
"#405 in Harborview Grande was the perfect place for our Clearwater Beach vacation. The condo location is walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops and activities. Having the cabana with everything you needed for the beach and pool was wonderful. We especially loved the cart to get it all down to the beach. The condo was stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. It is VERY spacious and the beds are so comfortable! The view from the balcony was so nice and we woke everyday to catch the sunrise and see dolphins. We highly recommend this condo!! The owners were very helpful and eager for us to enjoy our stay."

Felt at Home
"This was our first experience with home rentals and both the process and the accommodations greatly exceeded our expectations. Property management guidance and communications through the reservation, pre-check-in, check-in, and check-out events were easy to understand and on point. Managing expectations is important to us and he did it well. The condominium is spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated, and well-equipped. There is a high (but not cumbersome) level of security and convenient parking in a reserved, covered site close to the elevators. The balcony overlooks a large harbor with a few private slips. The sunrises over that harbor were spectacular! We also enjoyed watching dolphins swimming right past us and pelicans diving for fish. The furniture and beds are upscale and very comfortable. The unit is nicely decorated, and makes you feel at home. There are plenty of options for shopping, eating, and nightlife within easy walking distance. The beautiful beach was also just a short walk away. We highly recommend this condominium to those looking for comfort, convenience, and an overall revitalizing experience."

"I can not say enough good things about our visit to Clearwater. Pat & Steve were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to make our vacation perfect. Absolutely Perfect! Fabulous Clearwater Beach Vacation
"Great family condo with all of the amenities needed for a family and children. We had everything we needed for our 3 week stay. Convenient to the beach and many good restaurants. The cabana was a god send with the push cart, ideal for the beach and the hauling of chairs and beach toys not to mention the cooler and umbrella. Beautiful view of the inter-coastal from the balcony was very soothing and peaceful."
