Perfect Place
"Ammey's place was just perfect for our weekend staycation. The place is just like in the pictures. The pool is amazing. Everything is super clean. The beach is a few walking minutes away through the beach access walkway. Having a beach cart and other beach needs available is such a plus. We can not wait to come back soon. Thank you!"

Great beach access
"House was very clean and has everything that you need including beach towels, cooler,beach chairs and wagon. Kitchen is stocked better than anyplace that I have stayed. It's about a 4 minute walk to get down to the ocean with great beach access to bean point. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved our Stay
"We had a great time at Ammey's house, we will definitely come back. Very nice kitchen and dinning area. The pool which seemed small at first was perfect for the 6 of us. The beautiful bean point beach was within few minutes walking distance, was worth the walk every time. Thanks again Amy, hope to stay at your house soon."

Wonderful Rental
"I can't say enough about how wonderful this place was. The location made walking to the beach a breeze and we enjoyed the clean patio and pool with lots of privacy. The house was beautifully kept and had many amenities to make our stay easy. We appreciated not having to bring our own chairs, towels, and beach toys. AMI is such a special place and this home is the cherry on top!"

Beautiful Home
"Beautiful home in a perfect location! Just a 2-minute walk to Bean Point and fairly close to shops and restaurants. The house had everything we needed for the beachchairs, umbrellas, toys, you name it. The pool was a great bonus, and the home itself was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. We've been coming to AMI for years, and this has been our favorite stay by far. We'll definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay!
"We had such a wonderful stay at Ammey's place! The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed and more for a comfortable stay. Having flown with small kids, we were extra grateful for all of the games/books/sand toys/beach wagon/etc., as it saved us so much packing! In addition, there were options for add ons that made things even more convenient (looking at you, frameless tent!). Bean point beach is our favorite on the island, and was an easy walk even with littles. Having the pool/hot tub/grill in the backyard was also a huge bonus (not to mention the pool floaties/noodles she has available for you to use!). Ammey was kind, responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We look forward to returning here in the future, and cannot recommend it highly enough to all considering staying here!"

Quiet and Peaceful!
"We really enjoyed the location on the north end of Anna Maria. Quiet residential area and beautiful serene beach. The photos and description are very accurate. Ammey provided great information and everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We enjoyed morning beach walks and evening sunsets and fun in the pool In between. It was so perfect, we can't wait to return!"

Amazing Place!
"My family and I had a nice stay. The house was comfortable, there was enough seating for all, and the bedrooms were nicely appointed. The pool was clean and enjoyed by all, and the beach was about 500 steps away, depending on the tide. We were able to Instacart some groceries and there were several places to DoorDash from. Overall a very nice experience and I would definitely recommend to others looking for some time away with family or friends. Thank you Ammey for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your lovely home!"

Beautiful and Immaculate
"Ammey's house was IMMACULATE. She was very responsive to texts, her instructions were crystal clear. The house is perfect for families. She has everything that is needed for a day at the beach, pots, pans and utensils for cooking. The home is well equipped. The upgrade to the kitchen is BEAUTIFUL. The pool is amazing, the distance to the beach is perfect. The ambiance of the entire house, indoor and outdoor is super relaxing. Perfect house for a vacation. Home away from home. Amazing Location
"We came to Anna Maria for the 1st time to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary! The house was cute, clean, pool area was perfect, and beds were really comfortable! We all slept like a rock and were relaxed and comfy the entire week. We LOVED that we were right across the street from the trail that leads to beautiful Bean Point! We all agreed that we can't wait to come back. Thank you for sharing your home with us!"

Great 1st Experience to AMI
"Beds were very comfortable and loved the pool! Home was very clean. The wagon for the beach was extremely helpful to get the beach gear to the beach. Ammey was very quick to respond to questions. This was our first trip to AMI and we had a wonderful time! Hope to be able to visit again!

Had a great stay. Perfect location in a residential neighborhood with close access to the beach. Trail to beach is right next to the house! We loved the pool and outside area which felt very private. Nice grill and patio furniture as well. Home was well stocked and comfortable. All good!

Pure Heaven
"This place was perfect for our needs. All of the amenities we could want were included, especially in the kitchen. The house was pristine and the pool area was perfect for hanging outside. It was a bit cool so we used the hot tub daily and it was pure heaven. On the days we went to the beach the cart and beach toys were much appreciated. We had our one year old grand-baby with us so the crib and high chair were indispensable. The location of the house was perfect, close to the beach and walkable to restaurants, shopping and the piers. I would recommend this home to everyone and anyone wanting to enjoy a carefree vacation on Anna Maria Island."

"Wonderful pool/hot tub, puppy friendly, super clean and stocked kitchen/bathrooms and steps from beautiful Bean Point! All of these factors allowed our family to have an amazing time snorkeling during the day and grilled poolside at night with our three boys and fur babies. Highly recommend!"

"Awesome house! Amazing pool area! A note for those bringing animals. The pool deck and turf area get pretty hot during the day. We kept it wet with the hose and it helped keep our dogs feet from getting so red. Easy access to a beautiful beach. Nice quiet neighborhood. Great for bike rides. Definitely recommend"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The pool was convenient and the kids loved playing in the water. It was great to go out to bean point so easily. Property managers reached out to us a few weeks before to make final arrangements and quickly got a filled propane tank to us. Would stay here again."

Amazing Week at Beachwalk Bungalow!
"Our family spent an amazing week at Beachwalk Bungalow. Ammey was wonderful to work with and the house was immaculately clean and furnish with any item you could possibly need. The location on the north end of the island made it an easy walk to the Bean Point Beach as well as the piers. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful outdoor space which is equipped with a lovely pool / spa as well as comfortable chairs and 3 large umbrellas. We had 4 adults and 3 young children ( ages 2, 5, and 7) in our group. Everyone is in agreement that we must return to Beachwalk Bungalow in the future. There were actually some tears when we left. Thank you Ammey and Chris for your hospitality."

Exceptional Getaway!
"My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this fantastic beach bungalow trying to get away from the city and cold in the north midwest. We had an amazing experience! The house is located on the north side of Ana Maria island, tucked away on a corner lot, almost hidden from view by the surrounding trees which really created a feeling of privacy and seclusion. It’s in a perfect location less than a 5 min walk to the beach as well as the famous Rod n Reel pier. The homeowner Ammey was extremely flexible and very responsive to questions. She keeps a plethora of beach necessities available for resident’s use including chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys with a very convenient beach wagon to make transport a breeze. The house set up was neat with a spiral staircase leading to the large sized master bedroom. It has a well-equipped kitchen and grill set up for those looking to do some home cooking. (we took advantage of the local fish markets on several occasions!) Overall everything about our experience exceeded expectations and we will absolutely be returning to stay in the future. Highly, highly recommend!"

"This was the ultimate AMI beach spot. Loved the neighborhood, very short walk to beach, great house. The only expectation that wasn’t met was a very hot jacuzzi - it topped out at 88 which is lukewarm. Looking past that, the house was seriously perfect!"

"We had a wonderful week at Beachwalk Bungalow. We have been vacationing at AMI for the past 10 years and we absolutely loved the house location, saltwater pool/spa, updated appliances.
House had abundance of kitchen/cleaning supplies. It felt like we are at home.
Ammey was also attentive host.
We are looking forward to staying at Beachwalk Bungalow next spring again."

"This was our second time to AMI and were very happy with our stay. The house was nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable beds. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and plenty of plates and silverware. The beach cart, beach chairs and umbrella were all in very nice condition - and it was so great to have the beach path right across from the house. The pool was perfect for the kids to swim around in and the hot tub was enjoyed by the adult (especially appreciated as it was on the chilly side while we were there) I only needed to contact the owners one time and they were extremely responsive and answered my questions perfectly. We would recommend this property and look forward to a future visit."

"We booked our trip last minute due to an cancellation and we beyond delighted with every detail of our stay. The property was super easy to check-in and with the electronic door code it was simple for all of us to come and go at different times without needing keys. Bravo! The interiors were modern and clutter free with many amenities to please kids and adults allike such as yard games, pool toys, beach chairs and umbrella, POOL and lots of indoor board games. The kitchen was the best outfitted kitchen I have seen in all my VRBO stays, we ended up cooking at the house for a few days since restaurants had very long waits, and we had everything we needed and then some. The hosts were a delight to communicate with and I only wish we can make it back here to stay sometime soon. Overall, a very pleasant experience!"
