Amazing Condo
"Ammey's place was perfect for 2 couples. We wanted to be in town & on beach & this place was exactly that. We also appreciated the extras - beach towels & chairs, cooler and all the starter items. There was also shampoos, coffee, spices available, if we needed, which was greatly appreciated.
This was top floor unit that was nicely decorated/updated. This unit had a corner balcony on Moose Lodge end. We didn't mind the activities or music from the lodge at all - was fun to watch.
Great weather - fabulous restaurants - perfect location - amazing condo! We would stay here again for sure!"

Best Condo
"Our really good friends and my husband and I travel every year to Florida for our yearly getaway. This condo was one of the best ones that we have stayed in and we have all traveled together for many years. The place was spotless, had everything you could possibly want or need and the host, Ammey, was very responsive. The location is great, right across from Bridge Street. Very walkable to restaurants, shopping, and the dock where we took a fun tiki sunset cruise. The condo is directly on the beach, and looking out every morning at the waves and sand was so relaxing. While we do not travel with kids, we do have grandkids, I was so impressed with the amount of amenities available for kids. This condo would be amazing for a family as well! Ammey let us know ahead of time that the pool was being resurfaced, but offered up another location for the use of a pool in case we were interested. Would absolutely love to stay here again in the future."

Steps from the Beach!
"Fantastic place to stay! All of the shops and restaurants are in walking distance. The house was so clean and tidy and the beds were super comfy. The best part of all, the location. Literally steps away from the beach which was so nice. Not having to drive to the beach was a huge bonus! Would absolutely stay here again!!"

Great Location on The Beach!
"Our first time to AMI. We loved the condo and the location. So nice to be right on the beach and also close to the fun on Bridge Street. We traveled around on the free trolley, and we all agreed that this was our favorite area. We were very comfortable with our family of four and my parents. Would love to stay here again in the future!"

Beyond Pleased! A true Gem
"We came in for just a couple days and wanted to be on the beach by Bridge street. This is a prime location with everything we needed to enjoy the beach without buying the extras or packing them. Beautiful condo, comfortable beds, enough room for plenty. The view is unmatched. Our friends came to visit for the day and plan to come back and stay themselves. This truly is a gem."

Amazing Birthday Get-away
"From the moment you walk through the door, you feel like you're in your own home. The condo's location is located right at the heart of all of the fun and entertainment of Anna Maria Island. The condo has most, if not all, of your necessities, in addition to the best ocean views. The owners are always available to assist in any way they can. If you have any issues, which we did not, Ammey is quick at responding and resolving any problem. We originally were going to stay through Wednesday, but we loved it so much, we extended our stay through Friday. Ammey, thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful condo; we will certainly be back."

Beautiful, perfect location, family friendly…
"My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo on the beach. It was fully equipped with everything we needed to spend long days on the beach and cook dinner in the evenings without having to take our little ones out to a restaurant, which was a huge plus! Everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable ( My girls loved the bunk beds). There was plenty of house hold items to get us started (laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, paper towels etc...) upon arrival. We were able to have access ti beach towels/toys and chairs as well. The owner was very responsive and easily accessible by phone for anything I needed, without hesitation. It was so nice to be right on the beach with the kids. I hope we can visit again in the future. If it's available, rent, you won't be sorry!"

Beautiful condo on pristine beach
"We just returned from a wonderful stay at the condo. The condo had all the amenities to cook and to enjoy the beach. We loved looking at the ocean from our bedroom and sitting out on the patio as well. The only complaint is the traffic noise that can be heard from the road dircetly behind the condo. It was convient to be near all the shops and restuarnts, but the traffic noise was loud, especially in the bedroom closest to the road. But, being right on the beach was wonderful! Would definately recommend!"

Great location
"We were a party of 4 adults so the two king beds and beachfront is the main reason picking this condo. Upon arrival the condo was very clean and we had a gorgeous oceanfront view! Everything you need for start up was in the condo upon arrival. Let me say I did read a review that there's to many rules, that is false! There's a water to wash off with by the parking garage so the sand isn't brought into the condo. I treat someone's condo as if it's mine and there will be no issues. We brought our own beach chairs and coolers but there is chairs there and I seen a hand held cooler. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants and shopping. beach set up for our friends anniversary and they also decorated for my anniversary. Great service!
4. We used Pelagic Color Fishing Comapny for deep sea fishing and it was fabulous! We done a private 6 hr catch and release and we caught a lot of cobia, amber jack and red snapper."

Anna Maria Island Perfect Place!!
"I can't say how wonderful this place was! Ammey was fantastic to deal with, we had an issue and she rectified it with an above and beyond solution. The condo was comfortable, clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable, views were phenomenal. Location was perfect, laundry room I wanted to steal!! If you are staying here, only bring 2-3 outfits! Can't wait to stay here again!!!"

Great location, close to shops & dining
"Condo is exactly as advertised. Very well stocked (more than we anticipated) and Aimee is a 5-star host. She was responsive, helpful and did as she promised. Check-in process was easy and hassle-free. Would definitely stay here again. Had a blast being closer to shops and dining yet condo was still relatively quiet."

Good and Bad
"The good:
1. Great location.
2. Quiet, not overly crowded
3. Overall the room was nice
4. Had issue with not getting beach equipment, owner did take care of it (it did take a couple of days)
The bad:
1. The room wasn't overly clean by no means
2. Rules everywhere felt like a child. Made a big deal about not opening windows and when we looked you couldn't even get to them as they were covered in plastic.
3. Outside ceiling fan and light did not work.
4. Pool is a total joke. I have seen bigger and nicer bathtubs.
5. Beach chairs are in really bad shape. It looks like the owner doesn't ever visit the place or I am sure some of this would be fixed.
6. Elevator looks and sounds dangerous last inspection was over 2 years ago. Over heard maintenance man saying it is in need of repairs and nothing ever gets done.
7. Ocean was the worst I have ever seen. If you round up there might have been a six inch wave one time while we were there. Otherwise it looked like a really calm lake. Dead fish everywhere as the red tide was coming in."

I am so glad to hear that you enjoyed the location and that the area was quiet and not crowded.
We were very surprised to read your review and promptly contacted you to get more details. We had checked in with you 2 times during your stay, even helping you with rental equipment that you rented from a different company.
There are rules in every aspect of our lives. We do ask that windows and doors are kept closed to protect our condo from issues caused by high humidity. AC systems cannot cool the interior if doors are left open. During your stay, the temperatures were in the 90's with high humidity.
You recognized how quiet our unit is, even though it is close to shops and restaurants. On the windows facing the street, we have invested in a very expensive acoustic panels that block over 75% of outside noise. Most of our guests have appreciated and complimented this great feature.
Our area was briefly affected by red tide and it is unfortunate that it happened during your stay. I believe that has affected your comments as we have always had great communication and reviews from our guests. If you had issues you could have easily reached out to us or VRBO, but even VRBO also confirmed that you did not contact them about any issues.
We certainly strive to provide an extremely clean condo. The only feedback that you could give me was that your wife found a piece of sand on the exterior balcony. Our unit is beachfront and the wind can carry sand and salty Seaspray onto our patio during storms.
Our elevator is inspected annually and our certificates are on file with the State. A screw had fallen out of the certificate holder and our latest ones fell out and blew away.
I am sorry that there weren't larger waves during your stay. Unfortunately, we don't have control over the size of the waves.

GREAT VIEWS
"This condo has great views of the ocean, we loved waking up and looking out of the big bedroom windows. The condo was very clean, Ammey thought of everything. The beds were AMAZING- so comfortable!! Great sleep, wonderfully located, spectacular views. You wont be disappointed with this unit. Cant wait to come back!!"

Excellent location and views!
"We loved our stay here. We were pleasantly surprised by the roominess of the condo, especially the living room. The windows are huge and provide wonderful views of the ocean. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and it was pretty hot and humid (It's to be expected. It's August in Florida), but we often had a little breeze or brought the fan out and the views made it well worth it, day or night.
We really loved the fact that we were so close to everything. We could walk to restaurants, bars, the liquor store and Circle K very easily and we loved hearing the live music. We actually wished they would have played longer than 10pm. The house is very quiet and we couldn't hear the music at all from inside. We had Publix deliver our groceries most of the time and we didn't really even need our rental car. The beach was perfect and right outside.
The pool seemed much smaller than the pictures indicated but usually we were the only ones in it. It was actually really nice that it is covered. We went in the pool during the short afternoon rainstorms, and it stayed nice and cool when we needed a break from the sun.
This place was amazing! We're already talking about when we can go back. We would definitely stay here again!"

Million Dollar Views & a terrific location!
"This is an end unit with lots of windows located at the gulf end of Bridge Street. The views are spectacular! We think it must have the best views of any unit in the building. The condo is very well stocked including high end beach chairs (Tommy Bahama), beach towels, loads of bath towels, baby equipment, and a very well appointed kitchen. We loved being in the heart of Bridge Street activities and appreciated the elevator as we were celebrating mom's 80th b'day. The unit has a master bedroom with en suite overlooking the beach, a hall bath, second BR with a good view of the gulf and of Bridge Street, and a bunk room for 4. The layout was perfect for us. There are games and a jigsaw puzzle and TVs in the LR and each BR. We had a wonderful time here!!!"
Great location - great condo!
"There were 8 of us that stayed in this beachfront condo. The location could not have been better. Less than 50 steps to our spot on the beach, which we could see from our balcony. We would set up the canopy in the morning and leave it all day. The sunsets are absolutely breathtaking. We walked everywhere, except one day we took the free shuttle to the Sandbar. Highly recommend!"
Best Vacation Ever!
"Beautiful beachfront condo with the best views of the beach and ocean. This was a perfect location for our family since we were right on the beach and so close to many shops and restaurants! It was nice and easy to be able to go back up to the condo for lunch or naps. All of the extra items provided were so appreciated too. We had all the comforts of home! We had read other reviews of possible noise but didn’t have any issues at all. The soundproofing window panels really work and our kids fell to sleep to the nature sounds of the sound machines provided. The kitchen was well stocked too! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!!!"
Gorgeous Beachfront Condo!
"The condo is beautiful and the setup was perfect for us. My mother-in-law stayed in the front bedroom and our 2 children stayed in the bunkroom. There was plenty of space for everyone. The furnishings and decor are nice and the owners have taken great care to ensure the condo is maintained nicely. The music is a little loud in the evenings but we chose the condo specifically for it's walk-ability to restaurants and shops. We also already use sound machines at night, so it was a non-issue for us. The pool is not in the sun for much of the day but maintenance keeps it heated comfortably. The beach area out front is beautiful. I was happy to find that the porch was screened in, as the love bugs were everywhere during our stay! The condo had everything we needed, from towels to beach toys for the kids. We truly enjoyed our stay!"

"This condo is perfect. Furnishings were very upscale and well done. plenty of towels and beach towels. Kitchen was the best equipped of any condo I have rented.
Owner was quickly responsive to all questions, pleasant and great to interact with.
The location is perfect with respect to the beach, shops, and restaurants.
There are only 2 downsides which are pretty much negated by the rest of the condo.
The location is a big noisy as it is located right by a traffic circle. Lots of traffic. The music from the open air bar across the street did stop directly at 10PM and was not audible inside the condo. Across the side driveway was the Moose Lodge and while on condo porch or beach you could hear them calling out orders.
I would however rent this unit again.

"This was the best place my family has ever stayed. Anna Maria Island is beautiful with pristine white powdery sand. We enjoyed crystal clear water
which allowed us the thrill of seeing manatee swim by every day, large graceful stingray and manta ray and of course dolphins. Restaurants, shops, fishing dock, and a CIRCLE K store are all within a short walking distance. Bands were entertaining somewhere every night so you can sit on the deck and listen or go one flight of stairs to join in. They stop playing at 10:30 but we couldn't hear them inside the condo anyway.
It's located right at the traffic circle at Cortez Rd. so it's simple to cross the bridge to drive into Bradenton if you want.
The condo was the perfect with large windows that gave us a view of the gulf from every room. Since the floor plan is "shotgun" style we also had a view of the street with all the activity going on! CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN describes the interior with all the amenities of home. Everything was top notch such as refrigerator with ice & water on the door, full size washer & dryer, a big screen T.V. in the living room and T.V.'s in all 3 bedrooms. There was enough beds for all 8 of us. We especially appreciated the extra touches such as spices, tea, & coffee in the cabinets, laundry detergent, beach chairs and beach towels, games and books. It truly felt like home!
We didn't mind doing our part to keep this condo in the same shape for the next lucky guests. We will definitely be back!"

"This home was well stocked, maintained and has a fantastic location. The beds were very comfortable, towels and linens were nice. The kitchen had everything you would need to eat, drink and be merry. The furnishings were beautiful and Ammey was very helpful. You could walk to everything that you wanted to do. Great condo directly on the beach in the center of town!
"The condo is centrally located and in walking distance to pleanty of shopping, eating and outside activities. The condo itself is very spacious and has a great patio area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook so you don't need to go out for every meal. There were also beach chairs, sand toys, beach umbrella and beach towels. We basically flew into town and needed to buy nothing but sunscreen! We had seen some reviews on the noise( music playing across the street) but the condo is very well built and suppresses most of the sound. You never can make it perfectly quiet, and it does stop totally by 10pm. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!"

"You could easily spend a week here without driving a car. Between the numerous restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance and the Anna Maria-Cochina Beach shuttle. there are hundreds of option. Add in a beautifully appointed and stocked condo literally steps from the beautiful beach with its turquoise water and gorgeous sunsets and if you don't have a great time then that's on you! Unit was clean, beds and sheets were very comfortable too."
Best Week Ever
"First time on Anna Maria Island. Bradenton Beach Area was beautiful. Condo was within walking distance to shops, restaurants. Condo had everything you would need, beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler. Steps from the beach great location. Love that we could park the car and walk everywhere or take the free trolley to other parts of the island . Took the dolphin boat tour saw dolphins, manatee, and given interesting history and current info about the island. We would definetly book a condo again thru Ammey. Plan to vacation here again great family spot!"
